About SchoolProofing
Built for the families and schools that have chosen something different.
Our Mission
Education freedom should not come with a paperwork penalty. Families who homeschool, microschool, pod-school, or run independent learning programs have made a deliberate choice about how their children learn. SchoolProofing exists so the recordkeeping, compliance, and reporting that follow that choice never become the reason a family is forced back into a system they have already left.
We build the boring, durable infrastructure — attendance logs, compliance evidence, expense tracking, assessments, term calendars — so educators can spend their time on the part that actually matters: teaching.
What We Believe
- Parents are the authorities on their children's education.
- Compliance is a tool, not a goal — the goal is the learning.
- Records belong to the family, not to the platform.
- Software for educators should disappear into the day, not consume it.
- Audit-ready should be the default state, not a sprint before a deadline.
Who We Serve
SchoolProofing is built for:
- Homeschooling families filing under state or umbrella-school requirements
- Microschools and learning pods balancing flexibility with accountability
- ESA-funded families managing approved expense reporting
- Independent schools that want compliance without an enterprise contract
Where We Started
SchoolProofing was started in Nevada, where ESA expansion and a growing alternative-education community created an immediate need for software that respected family choice while meeting state reporting standards. The platform now serves educators across the country who share that same combination of independence and seriousness.
